The American Geographical Society announces its newest addition to GeoBadges, a platform which recognizes learners of all ages for their skills and service. Three new Youth Mappers GeoBadges being featured are Organizer, Mentor and Founder.

YouthMappers Organizer badges recognize members of YouthMappers chapters that have organized mapping events. YouthMappers Mentor badges recognize members of YouthMapper chapters that have mentored their peers. YouthMappers Founder recognizes a student that has founded a new YouthMapper campus chapter or affiliate. You need to create a Credly account to begin, and start earning GeoBadges. Other organizations that are members of the broad OpenStreetMap community issue badges, too.
